Policies: 

1. You can decide and inform us within 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please inform us and return the item for a full refund not to include any postage and handling fees from any combined shippings, sending and return.

2. Refunds will be issued upon return of the item.

3. Refunds will only be issued if an item is returned undamaged. Any non-superficial modification of a shipped item, e.g., if someone attempts to recut a gem or mineral before return, will void its viability for refund.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any orders made from outside the United States and deny refunds for any shipped orders leaving the United States if we deem the circumstances may merit refund refusal, e.g., for orders going missing after reaching a remote country that have gone missing due to foreign postal system error or questionable claims of item receipt. For orders made to any regions where shipping may be unfeasible, unreliable, or where shipping via USPS may prevent properly insuring shipments, any purchases and shipping risks are assumed by the buyer. We will do our best to accommodate overseas buyers and work with a variety of overseas postal systems. But, due to potential complications from shipping abroad, we cannot guarantee shipments abroad will succeed, and we will not assume any consequent liability, financial or otherwise, for any such purchases, nor provide refunds in any cases resulting from shipments abroad meeting claims of failed delivery outside of the United States. However, we are happy to do our best to accommodate refunds for any returned products from overseas shipments upon undamaged item return, and make a good faith effort to help enable such purchases to go smoothly, even abroad. Customers purchasing from abroad must contact us before purchasing so that we can agree upon billing and shipping plans with them, in no small part to help ensure a smooth purchase, including to plan accordingly for international shipping risks, insuring the shipment, detailing any relevant financial risks the customer must assume in certain cases due to shipping insurance maximums, etc., and providing such customers with an corresponding invoice, rather than purchasing directly via our usual website payment automation.
