This sapphire we gave an original custom precision modified oval cut and polished to competition grade at 100K grit. Some silk, and minimal pitting in one crown region from a veil remnant. Very clean and very large for a sapphire in this size range with this color having highly desirable color change profile. A proper rarity. Beautiful. Steely blue in most lighting conditions, but with a lovely pinkish lavender becoming plain in strong LED indoor light. Medium steely blue to medium light blue in most lighting conditions.
